Performance  Triathlon  Coach and Iron Distance Champion Darren Jenkins lives and trains at Stratham Retreat, Western Australia, the European summer is usually spent in Surrey and mainland Europe. Darren’s passion for racing has seen him recover from a major injury and return to the sport at the highest level after a five year rehabilitation period.


Darren combines the personal experience of 21 Ironman finishes with an in depth understanding of physiology and biomechanics and training principles to foster success in those he coaches.


Perseverance and determination as well as the knowledge to train smarter and harder have been key elements in Darren’s racing and coaching success.


Darren utilizes Training Peaks to caters for all abilities and will work with you to achieve your goals using periodised, scientific training principles specific to your target race course and distance. With a diverse range of clients including those from the UK, New Zealand and Australia, Nevagivin has produced success in Kona for the past 4 years running.


Optimum long distance race performance relies on injury prevention and training consistency. Darren’s depth of knowledge will enable you to train more efficiently and consistently. He has a solid background in strength and conditioning, proprioceptive development and extensive experience in rehabilitation from injury.
